All About Kate

I popped into the Kate Spade store in Soho this week and fell in love...with it all. In fact, I told my friend that I wanted one of everything!

Bags, bags and more bags...

The Storm King Willa bag is simply gorgeous in person and it's that type of leather that is sure to look better with each wear.

The Pop Art Pearle clutch screams "girls night!"

My lucky friend, Bridget, took this beauty home with her. The Gold Coast Evangeline bag can be used day or night and exudes "chic-ness."

Stay warm this winter...

How insanely adorable are these mittens - the "taxi" pair has my name all over them.

Fun takes on the old-school ski hat...

Oh, argyle - how I love thee!

A little of this and a little of that...

I desperately needed one of these polka-dot thermoses this morning, a fun way to get your morning jolt!

A great hostess gift or addition to your own tablescape: polka-dot coasters!

These New Year's cards look oh-so-similar to my favorite Scalamandre wallpaper...it'd be silly not to purchase!

I 100% need this key fob (hint: Santa!)

New Crush: Margaret Elizabeth Jewelry

I am always looking to add to my jewelry collection without having to buy big ticket pieces. Margaret Elizabeth Jewelry is everything I am looking for! Simply lovely, they are perfect for layering with other pieces or stand-outs on their own.

My favorite piece is the bangle - available in an array of stones and priced at $72 for one or $184 for a set of three, it was love at first sight...

Her earrings are delicate, yet sure to add some fun to even the most plain ensemble...

Perfect necklaces for layering...

Available for purchase online... treat yourself today!

Going glossy!

The WSJ "Home and Garden" section has a great article on punching up your interior doors with a high gloss paint. I love the glam feel that a few coats of paint can instantly create!

For the bold risk-takers, a bright color instantly pops against white walls...

Gray walls paired with a high gloss gray on the door leaves the room feeling serene, but super chic!
All images from The Wall Street Journal.

Some other lustrous looks...

These high gloss black doors are to-die-for!

This is not an interior door, but it is too delicious to leave out (and it is too perfect being #10)!

A Vespa to Match...

I was walking down W. 10th Street this morning admiring all of the gorgeous townhouses and spotted this lovely abode with light teal shutters and a matching Vespa to boot! I felt a tad like a stalker as I tried to catch some photos, but hopefully you get the effect...

Style Icon: Linda Fargo

The New York Times wrote an article yesterday on the talented window dressing team at Bergdorf Goodman which includes style maven and BG VP Linda Fargo. Easily recognizable by her striking silver bob, she is always impeccably dressed and proves that you can still dress fiercely after 50!

Loving leopard...

Rocking the Aviators and chic neutrals.

Chic, chic, chic!

Twist on the classic pants-suit...love the shorts suit and black/white!

You can check out the New York Times article and more on Bergdorf's windows here. The countdown to Holiday Windows is on!
