Hoofing it at Hermés

Jean Paul Gaultier stepped up the dramatics for his last show as Hermés designer. Models decked in equestrian-chic garb strutted down the runway as dressage horses showed off their own skills in an arena behind them.

In a time when most designers are choosing to scale down their shows and some are even turning towards presentations in favor of costly productions it is nice to see that in Paris, drama and fashion still go hand in hand.
